Approved partners offer VYNTEX websites, AI automation, CRM systems, branding, and social media under their own client relationship, while VYNTEX handles the technical delivery.

Program terms

$199 annual activation fee
Minimum of 4 resales per 12-month period
You set your client-facing price, subject to the agreement
You may not advertise or sell below published VYNTEX retail pricing
You bill and collect from your own clients; VYNTEX is paid the partner amount
Third-party costs (hosting, domains, software, SMS, ad spend) are separate
Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared or published
The agreement runs 12 months and renews with each annual activation

What happens after you apply

1We review your application manually and reply within one business day.
2If approved, you receive a partner number.
3You sign the Authorized Reseller Agreement in your portal.
4You pay the annual activation.
5Confidential wholesale pricing unlocks only after all of the above.
